Do I have to be fit/flexible/skinny/young to practice yoga?

No. Yoga is for all bodies. Our yoga practices focus on allowing the yogi to decide what feels best for their body. Our teachers have the skills and experience to be able to offer variations and use of props to help you make the yoga practice fit your body, not the other way around. The live classes are taught to suit the bodies on the mat in the class and our On Demand classes are categorised so that you can choose the practice that suits your body. We come to the yoga mat to honour what the body can do. Your Body, Plus Yoga, is a Yoga Body!
