Over six weekly 45-minute classes you will learn:
- how to breathe (it's not that complicated but it can make a big difference)
- how the breath affects your nervous system and vagal nerve function (it's all connected)
- how to reduce stress and anxiety through breathing (no magic tricks, actual real relief)
The breath is always in the present moment.
When you actually breathe, no matter where you are or what else is going on around you, physiological changes start to happen in your nervous system, which affects your heartrate, blood pressure, digestion, and even your thoughts.

All Plus Yoga classes are always accessible and inclusive.
No special equipment or outfit required.
No special seat or pose needed.
You just need to be able to breathe.
Investment - $20 per class per person (available through all price plans too)
Weekly on Sundays at 4pm. 6 x 45 minute sessions
